My goal is to use photography as a communicative language to inform and bring awareness of the human condition. I grew up on the plains of Colorado, spending the majority of my time outdoors. I soon developed a deep love and appreciation for nature and wildlife, and as a boy I would go on nature walks with my mom, identifying flowers, plants, and animals of the plains. All the while, my love for photography was likewise growing, eventually my dad taught me to use his Pentax 35mm SLR. Since then my passion for photography and capturing the decisive moment has only increased.
My vision for photography is to honor God in the way I represent His creation. In addition, I also seek to use the medium authentically and esthetically as a communicative language, while standing and being a voice for those who do not have one and going and being eyes for those who can not go and see for themselves.
